Clue 17 is based on Mathematics. The bottom half of the clue acts as an index for the flags. The title of the clue gives you a hint as to what is to be done.

Ok ..step by step ..
1) There are lot of numbers in the clue..
2) U have to identify certain numbers ..
3) the title and the text would tell u what numbers to look for
4) Find those numbers ..the form a pattern ..

hi shanku ...the puzzles are different in this series ..there are no questions as such in some of them ..u have to find as to what is to be found out !
as u might have read the intro, each puzzle should give you a word as an answer ..
for the first clue .. look at the source ..try to see if something is different there ..
a word is "hidden" on the page which is the answer ..

Boss, I had cracked the first clue within seconds, i was talking abt the second clue, which Anonymous had raised before me.
the clue is the page u see. i.e the bingo cards ..
u see lot of numbers ..read the title ..read the intro ..
what kind of numbers u have to look for on these cards ?
identify these numbers ..they form a pattern which will give u a 7 letter word !
Level 22... is that 2 words, (location & answer)? This particular puzzle makes no sense to me! Any clues?
Level 22 is one of the tougher, but more interesting ones.
The final answer is only one word. But that word is somehow "encoded" within the contents of the page ..no need to look at the source ..once you identify the "encoding" , you might have to refer to some place to decode it !
Man, your site is offline for a good period of time in a day. It wasnt so sometime back... can you look into this? My connection is a high speed cable, and so I think the problem is with your end.

I am stuck on level 17 for quite a long time now.. please give me some more hint. is it some number we are looking for or a word?
the bottom half is an index to get a number value for each flag ..substitute that number in the top half.
The ! is a letter delimiter. Substitute the values, add the value between the !, then convert them into alphabets to get a word
